Broad Jumps

Power is an optimal combination of mobility, stability, strength and speed. Without each component, comes an increase chance of injury. With all four working, explosive club head speed and distance can be achieved..

Movement:

Start in a standing, or athletic position, at a line, or something to mark you starting point. Jump as far as you can, land quietly on two feet. Mark the distance, and measure for future tests.

Note:For safety and comfort, use a jump mat, grass, or rubber flooring designed for athletics.
